We are a specialty fashion home store retailer with a unique niche. We cater our assortments to a discerning, fashion conscious female customer who buys for herself and her family. Our core customer wants a stylish home that shows she is tasteful and confident. She is busy, spending her time working and afterwards coordinating her family's activities. She is interested in style, fashion and luxury at a price her family can afford. Her time is important to her and she is continually seeking ways to save it in order to spend more time with her family and friends. In order to make her shopping experiences less stressful and more efficient, we organize merchandise in our stores into vignettes, where a customer is likely to purchase the entire display. At Linens & More our customer can make over a whole room in just a few minutes while knowing she did not spend a lot to do it. We sell ideas.
A great deal of the merchandise sold by Linens & More will not be readily available elsewhere. Our assortments are unique with a luxury look that is affordable. We price our merchandise at everyday low prices to eliminate the need to comparison shop. Our appeal also rests in our everyday low pricing. Our assortments, merchandise presentation, pricing, service and advertising differentiate us from our competitors.
